Uncompromising quality standards are ensured by a manufacturing procedure for toner cartridges that conforms to DIN 33870, the fully automatic production of colour and thermo transfer ribbons, as well as the process controlled filling machines for inkjet cartridges. KMP produces completely new compatible ink cartridges according to DIN 33871-2. The cartridges are filled with high-quality dye based inks or with novel pigmented inks, which exhibit high UV and water resistance. Print heads, such as those used for the Hewlett-Packard inkjet printers, are reprocessed under strict monitoring according to DIN 33871-1, before being put back on the market.
Only raw materials of the highest quality enter the production cycle. Materials that are hazardous to people’s health, such as nickel, mercury or cobalt, are not used for KMP toner cartridges. Especially the cartridges for the newest generations of laser printers are produced with high-quality chemical and polyester toners.
